As one of the UK’s leading training providers we are proud to be celebrating 10 years in business. To mark this anniversary, we would like to share our 10 best achievements over the decade.
1. Earlier this year we launched the industry’s first Water Skills Academy which aims to address the skills gaps and create employment opportunities
2. Secured a record number of modern apprenticeship starts working with some of the UK’s largest infrastructure service providers
3. Shortlisted at one of the most recognised industry events – Water Industry Awards 2021 – for Skills and Workforce Initative of the Year, runner up to Yorkshire Water
4. Supported companies and staff ahead of lockdown easing with the launch of our Site Readiness Programme
5. Opened additional training centres in Ireland and the Republic of Ireland that accommodated demand and increased our footprint in the UK and Internationally
6. Recognised as the UK’s Water Industry Training Organisation for the Year for two consecutive years (2018 and 2019)
7. Worked with many of the industry’s leading players including Veolia Group, Keir, Morrison Group and UK Water Companies
8. Bolstered our team with the appointments of a General Manager, Sales Manager, Workplace Trainer / Assessor, and a Trainee Trainer / Assessor
9. Our MD Scott McCrae was nominated, and awarded the accolade of Fellow Member of the Institute of Water for his outstanding commitment to the Water industry
10. City & Guilds awarded accreditations for us to deliver confined space training to individuals working in high-risk environments.
