We are delighted to announce that we have secured a record number of modern apprenticeships working for some of the UK’s largest and most recognised infrastructure service providers in the water and wastewater sector.
In our 10th year of business, we have successfully carved a reputation as one of the UK’s leading providers of water and utility training and, in one month alone, we have inducted 24 modern apprenticeships working for some of the largest providers in the industry.
On the back of what has already been a strong year for the business, the record number of modern apprenticeships marks a milestone for McCrae Training, recognising us as one of the only UK training providers to offer Modern Apprenticeships in Water, Wastewater Networks, Water & Waste Water Treatment and Water Network Design.
And, with a flexible programme that allows for training of both new and existing staff of all ages, whilst working on the job, the team is expecting the same level of take up over the coming months as companies invest in new talent via our modern apprenticeship programmes.
One of the companies to do this is Morrison’s Utility Services who is working with McCrae Training to recruit eight water apprentices in advance of launching its Modern Apprenticeship Programme in June this year.
