We are thrilled to announce the launch of a number of satellite centres across the UK as part of our aspiring plans to expand our specialist training services.
The centres – located in Ireland and the Republic of Ireland – will provide identical training services to our flagship centres in Scotland and which will include water and gas main laying and jointing, street works, confined space training together with high pressure water jetting and CCTV inspection and investigation.
Speaking about the company’s growth plans, Scott McCrae, Founder and Managing Director of the business said: “As one of the leading providers of water and utilities training in the UK, we have been experiencing increasing demand for our courses and training services throughout the country.
“As such, it made perfect sense to open additional training facilities that could accommodate demand and increase our footprint in the UK.”
McCrae Training has been operating in Scotland for 9.5 years and – in that time – has carved a reputation as being the leading provider for water and utility sector training.
Only last month, the company was shortlisted for Skills and Workforce Initiative of the Year at the Water Industry Awards, a long established water industry event which recognises outstanding service and commitment to the water industry.
The satellite centres are due to be fully operational by September 2021 and are expecting to see a significant influx in numbers as business start to re-open and training programmes are renewed and updated.
