We would like to welcome our new Trainee Trainer Assessor, Danny McDermott and Workplace Trainer Assessor, Lyle Gribbon to the McCrae Training team.
Based in our Head Office in East Kilbride, Danny has a wealth of experience spanning over 16 years having ran a diverse range of business functions including retail management and projects.
Danny will be working to train, assess and develop our candidates in various disciplines throughout the utilities sector. These include Domestic Water, Gas, Power, Telecoms and Street Works.
Lyle joins the McCrae team with a strong background in training. With qualifications including City and Guilds – Opito Process Operations NVQ in Petroleum Processing Technology and the SCQF Level 8 L&D11 Internal Verification of Workplace Assessment, Lyle has worked in training roles for companies across the oil and gas sector.
Lyle’s strengths focus on training, coaching and mentoring as well as building strong candidate relationships. He will be responsible for supporting in the planning and development of our courses and delivering the curriculum to McCrae’s clients.
